C4D licensing method changes

I made the importer for Cinema 4D 2024 version.
And i rewrite c4d plugin license handling. Now the license file is version independent.
I hope this update eliminate the lots of license problem.

- Available for Cinema 4D S26
- Drop C4D R14 and C4D R15 support
- Plugins are signed and notarized C4D S21 and up on mac
- S25 and up plugins supported on M1 on mac
And i updated Din3D exporter for ArchiCAD plugin .
The important changes is:
- Available for ArchiCAD 26
- Drop support under AC18
- Signing and notarizing plugins AC20 and up on mac
