    Hi.

    I have a request.

When updating a scene, could it be possible to have an option to keep old polygon objects that are not updated. In order not to lose parameters (material info, thong tags….)

I know that it is achievable by using polygon objects nested in nulls, but I prefer using only polygons without nulls.

It would result in an empty polygon object (with 0 points) with its tags.  So that in the future when I have that material again, nothing is lost.

I hope what i say is clear to you.

    Hi

I think technically is possible. But its use can be confusing. I will check it.

Thanks. By the way, my concern is that when polygons are nested in nulls, they are all named “Polygon” which is not really convenient when you want to select a specific one. That’s why I prefer to work with polygons that have the name of the material.

Maybe it would be less confusing if you rename correctly the polygon objects.

    Cheers!
