AC 25 Export Error message

While exporting from Archicad 25 an error message appears indicating a failure:
“Not found importer plugin. Please download Din3D importer for Cinema 4D, and install it.”

Please see also attached Screenshot.

The plugin is installed.
Please support us and explain what to do. It is kind of urgent.

Hi

I can’t confirm it. I tested it. So the exporter check ‘plugins’ folder near ‘Cinema 4D.app’. If you use your local plugin folder the exporter won’t find it.

The other point this dialog is only warning message and turnable. It does not affect exports .

Thanks for the explanation. I have tried it again and now when asking I was directing the plugin to the correct Cinema 4D.app. Now it is working perfectly.
