Archicad SUN export to C4D

Please consider enabling the export of the Archicad Sun (from the environment/location and 3D projection settings) to Cinema4D. (Or do I miss something?)

Now the ArchiCAD sun is not export. It is possible to make, but i didn’t see the point, because archicad and c4d light settings is very different, and Sun object is exportable (from the lights).

Thank you for your reply.
We were just wondering if we could use the AC-Sun in C4D and then in the connected renderer (Corona). So we could avoid double input.
But as you explained, we can export the AC-Sun as a light object.
We did so, but the Sun Object does not appear in C4D although it is listed in the importer.
What can we do about it?

I don’t recommend you can use sun object as separated objects.

It import as a simple light. Please turn on ‘Import Light’ checkbox on the Content tab page.
